Holy Cross International School, Boisar West, celebrated the vibrant festival of Makar Sankranti with a special Kite Making Activity on January 13th, 2025. The event aimed to foster creativity, teamwork, and cultural awareness among students.
The activity began at 10:00 AM, with students from different grades gathering in their respective classrooms and activity halls. Teachers guided the students through the kite-making process, explaining the cultural significance of flying kites during Makar Sankranti, which symbolizes freedom, joy, and reaching new heights.

- Creative Designs: Students displayed their artistic talents by crafting kites of various shapes, sizes, and vibrant colors. Many kites featured intricate patterns, motivational messages, and festive themes.
